You are not ready for ski season! Our new group excersise for Skiers and Snowboarders will help you! These group excersises are designed to help strengthening the muscles used in skiing and snowboarding – legs, abs, back, obliques. Special exercises also improve your balance and mobility. You become faster and flexible.
